NO-PIN DIALING

No-PIN Dialing makes international calling faster and easier. With this free feature, you won't need to enter your account number and PIN with every PennyTalk call.

How does No-PIN Dialing work?

You'll tell us up to 5 phone numbers that you frequently call from. Anytime you call the PennyTalk access number from one of those phone numbers, we'll automatically recognise your account. You can register your home, mobile and up to three other phones for No-PIN Dialing.

How do I register a phone number for No-PIN Dialing?

There are three ways to register a phone number for No-PIN Dialing:

  • Online: You can add, change, and delete your No-PIN settings in the Account Profile section of our online Account Centre.
  • From the phone you want to register: As if you were making a PennyTalk call, dial the PennyTalk access number, enter your account number and PIN, then press *2 to register that phone for No-PIN Dialing.
  • Customer Service: If you experienced difficulty registering phone numbers for No-PIN Dialing, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Note: Only phone numbers in the UK can be registered as No-PIN Dialing Numbers.

How do I remove a phone number from No-PIN Dialing?

There are two ways to remove a phone number from No-PIN Dialing:

  • Online: You can change and delete your No-PIN Dialing settings in the Account Profile section of our online Account Centre.
  • From the phone you want to remove: Dial the PennyTalk access number, then press *7. The phone will no longer be registered for No-PIN Dialing.
How can I learn which account number is associated with a phone number that I have registered for No-PIN Dialing?

From a registered phone, dial the PennyTalk access number, then press *6. The PennyTalk account number associated with the phone number will be read to you.
